Why does Netvoima cost more than WordPress or Wix?
WordPress and Wix are cheap to start. Then come the plugins, premium themes, security plugins, backup plugins, speed optimisation... and eventually someone to manage all of it. Our pricing includes everything upfront. No surprises, no extra bills.
What does the monthly fee include?
Hosting (Finland / EU), domain renewal, SSL certificate, 24/7 uptime monitoring, security updates, 2 content changes per month, and support. All in one invoice.
Do I own my site? What if I want to leave?
The site is yours. Code, images, content: everything is handed over on request. You're not locked in. Minimum contract is 3 months, then 1 month notice.
What if you shut down or disappear?
Everything is in version control and documented so any developer can pick it up. You're not more dependent on me than on any professional. But unlike many freelancers, I don't disappear.
How long does it take to build a site?
A straightforward 3-page business site: 48 hours to 1 week after you deliver the content. More complex projects are scoped and agreed before we start.
Can I update the content myself?
2 content changes per month are included: just email what you want changed and we handle it. If you want to edit content yourself, a CMS add-on is available separately.
Do you handle email hosting?
No. We recommend Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. They're better tools for email than anything we could offer. We can help with configuration if needed.
Do I need to understand the technology?
No. You need to tell us what you want your site to do. We handle the rest and explain things in plain language when needed.
What happens if the site goes down?
We get an automatic alert before you or your customers notice anything. We respond as fast as possible. You don't need to call us. We'll contact you.
Does the site work on mobile?
Yes. All sites are built mobile-first. Tested on real devices before launch.
