The Netvoima story. Briefly.
One IT janitor from Oulu and a lot of coffee
Why Netvoima?
I've been in IT for over 15 years, working on projects at companies small and large. Seen how IT infrastructure and services are done properly. And sometimes not.
Browsing for a lunch spot or googling a plumber, I keep noticing the same thing: a lot of smaller companies (and honestly some bigger ones too) have websites that are, to put it diplomatically, not great. With a modest investment their customer flow would grow. Nobody just told them that.
That's not good enough. Small businesses deserve websites that actually work.
Finnish or English, email or phone. No ticket systems, no chatbots, no waiting. Direct contact with a real person.

Head of everything
Mikko Keränen
15+ years in IT systems. Before Netvoima I helped build infrastructure for companies with budgets ranging from zero to hundreds of millions. Both teach you things. Now I apply that to small businesses first.
